Pumpkin Patch & Petting Zoo

November 8, 2012

A few weeks ago, on a pretty hot day, we packed up our trusty red wagon and drove about an hour south to Hunsader Farms, host to a huge annual Fall Festival and pumpkin patch.

There were artists booths, live music, corn and pumpkin cannons (awesome), and fair games galore, but, of course, Henry loved the farm animals the most by far.

Chickens:

Ducks:

This duck quacked at Henry and it made his day!

Feeding another chicken:

Daddy showing Henry how to feed the goats:

“Like this, Daddy?”

Got the hang of it and LOVING those goat lips!

Whew! Had to re-hydrate!

And maybe a bite of Mama’s roasted corn:

“Mmmmm… more, please!”

Then we finally headed to the pumpkin patch:

“I want to pick one up!”

Strong boy!

Playing the pumpkins like bongo drums!

Happy Fall, y’all! :)
